Abstract EN

This study aimed to evaluate the relationship between talent management and excellence sustainability through the mediating role of work life quality in Blue Nile University.

The study adopted the descriptive analytical method, while the sample of the study consisted of its employees and staff.

The sample that subjected for analysis included (100) respondents, whereas the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, besides using both SPSS and Amosv.25 programs, and structural equation modeling for statistical analysis.

The study revealed that quality of work life is not mediating the relationship between talent management and excellence sustainability.

Thus, the study recommended that the firm should prepare the work conditions for the talented individuals and to benefit from them in achieving creativity and excellence institutional sustainability
