Where the research reached a set of results; the most important of which was the existence of correlations and impact between knowledge sharing and organizational immunity, and the research concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the research company should pay attention to strengthening its organizational immunity from external risks through adopting the process of knowledge sharing.

This is what the results of the research showed, as the research reached a set of important results that can assist the research organization in the research sample in enhancing its acquired organizational immunity to face various future organizational challenges.
