Abstract EN

This study dealt with the intellectual efforts of the scholar Al-Faqih Sheikh Murtada Al Yassin, who is considered the most prominent religious figure in the scientific estate in the holy Najaf, and he is a multi-talented figure with knowledge, history, literature, language, rhetoric and poetry, as this study dealt with a presentation of his books, books, introductions and valuable loans such as the Book of Fundamentals of Jurisprudence Al-Jaafari and his book in the language of those who desire the jurisprudence of the Al-Yassin in addition to writing the introductions of many books such as the introduction to the book of Abu Dhar al-Ghafari and the introduction to the book of the companion Ammar bin Yasser, as well as his articles in the most prominent newspapers and magazines Najafi at the time, such as Al-Saah newspaper and the magazine Al-Wahat Beirut He has Najaf and Najaf Horizons Magazine, among others, and on a small part of his poetry, which is considered one of his intellectual and cultural interests and creations, as most of the scholars of the Al Yassin family were distinguished by being the poets who have proven their worthiness in the poetic scene on most occasions, as his poetry revolved around the call for reform and alerting society to what threatens him Of the dangers and anticolonialism and the renunciation of war claims, and the fatwas issued by Sheikh Murtada Al Yassin were also addressed, to fulfill the need that came for them.

On this basis, the achievements of Sheikh Murtada Al Yassin came in the fields of education, authorship and diligence in various religious matters.

For society and full of information, the historical and scientific library provided many solid resources, especially in the field of modernizing education in Najafi religious schools according to the requirements of the times and changing curricula accordingly.
