It is the right of any person to freedom of movement, whether in his own country or in a foreign country, without being subjected to any harassment of any kind that restricts his freedom.

Nonetheless, this right can often conflict with the conditions set by the country of destination or transit state to preserve its security and stability, the fact that denies the person from some of his rights, and even causes the person to be in a state of illegality and exposed to indictment.

The right to freedom of movement and the right of the State to protect its territory are constantly clashing the fact that makes it imperative to find solutions to that issue and search for consensus.
