The UN Security Council is the executive body of the UN body under the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms in general, and this body is not immune from the ICC under the same protection as the same purpose.

In the meantime, the Security Council achieves its objectives by playing its role, namely, to refer international crimes worldwide to the Prosecutor for adjudication and to shed the responsibility for them to be punished by the permanent international judiciary (ICC) within its substantive jurisdiction.
