تستوجب الديمقراطية النيابية انتخاب ممثلي الشعب في مختلف المؤسسات لممارسة السلطة نيابة عنهم، الأمر الذي يستدعي دعوة هيئة الناخبين لانتخاب هؤلاء الممثلين، و نظرا لما يترتب على دعوة هذه الهيئة من آثار قانونية مهمة لعل أبرزها إعلان نتائج الانتخابات و بالتالي ممارسة السلطة، صار البحث في الاختصاص الدستوري للسلطة المختصة بدعوة هيئة الناخبين و الطبيعة القانونية لنص الدعوة، مهما كذلك.
Abstract EN
Representative democracy should elect people's representatives in various institutions, this matter led to call the Electoral College to elect these representatives, this is what is imposed on us to search in constitutional jurisdiction for the competent authority by calling the Electoral College and the legal nature for call decision.
