The corporate complex is a form of economic focus produced by economic and social conditions, the idea of conglomerating projects and uniting them by focusing their financial and human potentials has become a necessary and vital issue, but rather it has become an essential condition for economic units, to include building and continuing their activities and making them constantly adapt to developments and economic and social changes.

And in Algeria, the first appearance of the idea of the companies complex on the occasion of the issuance of the commercial law for the year 1975, and we have tried through this research paper to address the structure of the companies complex in the Algerian legislation, by touching on the conceptual framework for holding companies and subsidiaries first, then the legal basis for the corporate complex to eventually assume responsibility resulting from the holding company's control of its subsidiary, relying in the study on the descriptive analytical approach.

As for the result reached during the study, achieving control in the corporate complex is only achieved by the holding company's ability to direct financial policy And economic growth of the subsidiary in a manner consistent with the holding company strategy.
