Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to identify the reasons for depriving women of inheritance in the Palestinian society, the parties that deny it, the impact of this denial in regards to social variables, and the mechanisms adopted by women to claim their inheritance.

The researcher used several research methods: (Descriptive, Analytical, Comparative, and Statistical).

The tools are: (observation, questionnaire, interview).

The research was conducted in Khan Younis governor, on a sample of do (60 %) women deprived of the fathers' inheritance.
