Professional satisfaction of those in communicators with Libyan child radio "Radio Sanabel FM as a model in Benghazi" Abdullah Muhammad Abdullah Atbigah Mohammed Abdullah Salem Al-Ajam The study aimed to identify the professional satisfaction of those in contact with the Libyan radio broadcasts specialized in children.

This study is considered descriptive studies that depend on the method of comprehensive survey.

FM, the researchers relied in this study on the (40) singles who were contacting the city of Benghazi.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: 1.

That 37.5% of those in contact with Libyan radio stations specialized in children are not satisfied with their professional performance.

2.

That 32.5% of those in contact with workers working on Libyan radio stations specialized in children are considered to be the social factors that most affect their professional satisfaction.

3.

Reject the hypothesis that there are substantial differences (statistically significant) between those in contact in terms of gender and marital status, and we accept the assumption that there are fundamental differences between those in contact in terms of educational level, monthly income, educational level, years of experience and age.

4.

Rejection of the hypothesis that there are no fundamental differences between the callers in terms of factors affecting occupational satisfaction according to their demographic characteristics.

5.

Accepting the assumption that there are no fundamental differences between those in contact with regard to type and monthly income, and rejecting the assumption that there are fundamental differences between those in contact in terms of educational level, educational level, years of experience, and marital status.
