Abstract EN

The study aimed to examine the relationship between strategic leadership and organizational excellence in Gaza Municipality.

The descriptive analytical method was used.

The study population consisted of all (308) administrative workers in Gaza Municipality.

To collect date, the questionnaire was used.

A random sample of (169) and (118) questionnaires were selected with a recovery rate (70%).

The results showed that there is a statistically significant relationship between strategic leadership and organizational excellence.

The study recommended the need to adopt promotions based on experience and efficiency in addition to seniority
