Abstract EN

The research aims to analyse the problem of cretiria of controlling Mubah in the Islamic law prespective, which focused on this issue and its implimentations according to the Iraqi and Kurdistan laws and ligslations.

The researcher followed three main methodologies in this research, which are descriptive, inductive and an evaluative.

One of the most important outcomes, which we have reached during the research, is permissible to restrict Mubah if its proses is done according to the criterias and rulling controlls in the Islamic prespective otherwise it is not.
