Abstract EN

This study is entitled: “The Adolescent and his Eligibility in Islamic Jurisprudence”.

It aims to explain the term “teenager or adolescent” in the language of the Arabs, and among the nation’s jurists, and to explain the difference between it and the other terms that resembles it in the legal rule such as the term “distinguished boy”.

The study also investigated the adolescent's ’eligibility, and clarified its two parts obligation and the performance, It was fond that the eligibility of the obligation is proved fully for the teenager, while his eligibility of the performance, is proved to be incomplete.
