English Abstract

The administrative science in some of its vocabulary and ideas has been deeply rooted in human history since ancient times, but it has achieved a quantum leap in its intellectual and theoretical aspects on the hands of the Commander of the Faithful Ali ibn Abi Talib (peace be upon him).

We recognize that the science of management is divided into types.

, «The science of personal administration», «the science of public administration)) and other types...Imam Ali (peace be upon him) could enrich the science of management in all kinds with abundant concepts that require the process of crystallization and extraction in the desert in his speeches and messages and wisdom, which contains a large number of concepts and administrative visions.

Those who want to address the administrative characteristics of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him), he must realize that he is characterized by an administrative personality of Arab and Islamic is less similar among the figures of the world, ratios and ethics, power and justice.

It is not in front of the Shiites or the Arabs, but it is in front of the righteous, which came only to the justice of life and the integrity of ideals and the establishment of ethics and the teaching of people school curriculum is still known only by his friends.

The Imam Ali (peace be upon him) stressed that it is one of the conditions that must be available in the judge justice, which is one of the most important qualities that require the performance of the duties of legitimacy and avoid taboo, if the judge does not enjoy this capacity there is no way to take over the judiciary, Ali (peace be upon him) says: "Do not carry people to the right, but to keep them away from falsehood." Imam Ali (peace be upon him) also called for the realization of justice in the judiciary.

Ali (peace be upon him) said: "Correct if you rule.", As recommended by Imam Ali (peace be upon him) saying : "Let the things be loved for you, most of them in righteousness and the most righteous in truth."
