Abstract EN

This research studies the judiciary of the Bedouins and its norms, with the linguistic Styles they represent that are linked to high social systems that the Bedouins resort to in serious and dangerous situations, so that the verbal stance does not bear any vulgar and unstudied mode such as joking or irony.

It also studies the mechanism of the Style and its function in the Bedouin society.

The study of this stereotypical nature came within three sections, so that each topic attempts to answer several diverse questions, all of which revolve around Bedouinism and the idea of stereotyping.

The first topic attempts to answer the question of the method and presents the theoretical material on which the applied material will be built in the subsequent two sections.

The topic came to explain social linguistics and the theory of sociolinguistic Styles ramifying from it, as well as the features and functions performed by the Styles .

The second topic aims to study Bedouin rules and norms as a linguistic Style.

This topic is concerned with clarifying the common linguistic aspects that characterize the Bedouin rules and that distinguish them from the rest of the Styles, as well as explaining how the oral nature of these rules affects the process of their wording.

It also attempts to explain the role of these features and the extent to which they are affected or their impact in the Bedouin discourse and its norms .

As for the third topic, it deals with the linguistic practices that revolve within the Bedouin judicial discourse in its various stages, starting with the verbal forms used in calling for and agreeing to the litigation process, passing through the judicial session, witness testimony or taking the oath...etc.

And to end with the pronouncement of the verdict and the procedures resulting from the acceptance violation of it by the opposing parties
