Abstract EN

The research is related to the issues of halting and initiation through the book (Al-Muqtafa fi al-Waqf wa al-Initiha), collecting the halting and initiation positions that Imam adDani redressed on ad-Dinori, studying these remediations in language and interpretation, and transferring the sayings of scholars in them.

The study also presents the sayings of those who agreed with ad-Dani on these remediations, or those by Imam Ad-Dinori with possible weighting.

The study concluded with an evaluation of the proximal correctness of the conclusions of the Imam and the permissibility of the sayings in the studied places.

Relevant recommendations are presented accordingly.
