Development of teaching competencies among university teachers at the primary level B.
The achievement of fifth grade pupils in the science subject In order to achieve the goal of the second research, the researcher put the following hypotheses 1.
There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance (0.05) between the average grades of trained teachers (the experimental group) according to the (CAEP) criteria approved by the American educational program and the average grades of the normally trained teachers (the control group) in the development of post-teaching competencies 2.
There is no statistically significant difference at a significance level (0.05) between the average grades of fifth grade primary students who were taught by trained teachers according to the (CAEP) criteria approved by the American educational program (the experimental group) and the average grades of the pupils who were taught from Accepted by teachers who are normally trained in the achievement of the science subject The research community (for teachers) is represented by university subject for the fifth grade of primary belonging to the General Directorate of Babylon Education and the pupils of the fifth grade of primary school in the government day schools of the General Directorate of Education Governorate Babylon (center) For the academic year (2019-2020) the researcher prepared a note card and a test to measure the teaching competencies and an achievement test to measure st validity and consistency
