Abstract EN

The research aimed to determine the degree of teaching staff practice in the College of Education, King Khalid University, teaching in synchronous classes, And define the creative teaching skills necessary for faculty members at the Faculty of Education, King Khalid University in the light of academic courses, As well as revealing the extent of a correlation between the practice of faculty members for teaching synchronous classes and creative teaching skills.

The researcher used the descriptive-analytical method and prepared a questionnaire to determine the degree of teaching faculty practice teaching in synchronous classes in the Corona pandemic crisis, and a list of the creative teaching skills that should be available to the faculty members, as well as a questionnaire to identify the extent of a correlation between the simultaneous teaching practice and the creative teaching skills.

The research sample consisted of (44) faculty members, College of Education, King Khalid University; the tools of the study were applied to them, and the results of the study in the first questionnaire resulted in high levels of approval for the individuals of the sample towards the practice of teaching in synchronous classes.

The first axis: the importance of using synchronous virtual courses as a whole; At the "Strongly Agree" level with an average score of (4.51) and a relative weight (90.18%).

The second axis: the use of synchronous chapters as a whole; At the "Strongly Agree" level with an average score of (4.53) and a relative weight (90.50%).

The third axis: the extent to which faculty members practice synchronous classes as a whole; At the "Strongly Agree" level with a mean (4.22) and relative weight (84.32%).

The fourth axis: the difficulties that limit the use of the default zoom program as a whole; At the "I Agree" level with an average score of (3.51) and a relative weight (70.20%).

The results of the study also resulted in a positive relationship between faculty members ’practice of teaching synchronous classes and creative teaching skills, The first axis: the relationship between the practice of teaching in synchronous classes and the creative planning skills of the lesson as a whole; The opinions of faculty members came at the level "I agree" with an average score of (3.82) and a relative weight (76.50%), The second axis: the relationship between teaching practice in synchronous classes and the creative implementation skills of the lesson as a whole; The opinions of faculty members came at "I agree" level with an average score of (4.01) and a relative weight (80.21%), The third axis: the relationship between teaching practice in synchronous classes and the skills of evaluating learning outcomes as a whole; The opinions of the survey sample occurred on "I agree" level with an average score of (3.85) and a relative weight (76.95%).
