Iraq has turned to digital transformation and the shift to electronic education and the use of the Internet and tablets in university education stages after the emergence of the Corona virus, which led to the deaths of millions of people in the world.

Modern educational methods have become a basic penalty in the educational process and for the purpose of developing education and improving its quality and in order to bridge the gap.

Between the learner and the outside world, which has become heavily dependent on technology, and to achieve this purpose, it is necessary to integrate educational technology and means in university education, and since traditional education is no longer sufficient, successful education must keep pace with the requirements of the age and with the benefit of traditional education, On an educational process that keeps pace with the new era, and the use of computers is important and necessary in order to achieve the goals of education, we note that the computer imposed itself on all aspects of the new contemporary life, and the study was conducted on a sample consisting of 64 students and 50 professors and the data was analyzed in order to reach results We benefit from knowing what is the importance of technology and education in the new contemporary life.

And it has been analyzed according to the statistical program (((spss)) as well Measuring the validity and reliability of the questionnaire by testing the degree of credibility with the Alpha Crombach laboratory for the purpose of testing and measuring the degree of reliability (reliability) in the responses received to the questionnaire questions, and this study came to the conclusion that there is a significant effect of awareness among teachers and students in order to shift towards e-learning and use Modern information technologies, as well as the study reached recommendations, the most important of which is the need to shift towards e-learning and the use of information technology and technology, thus enabling the follow-up of this transformation, which has become an inevitable necessity for all universities in Iraq, which reflects the country's development in this important field.
