Abstract EN

Given the corruption crime seriousness and its terrible fast wide spreading, the states parties have adopted, under the United Nations’ agreement provisions, a set of precautionary and preventive measures to stand against this phenomenon that states must devote within their domestic laws in accordance with the basic principles of the law system in the public sector.

These procedures are based on the protection of the general administration and its means, including the public employees, public utility and public property from collapsing by means of dedicating the element of integrity, transparency, and accountability, in addition to involving the society and organizations in combating corruption, all of which can only be achieved by embodying the sovereignty of law or the principle of legality.
