لقد تركت الحرب العالمية الأولى جرحا بليغا في النفوس، كما حطمت القيم الإنسانية للمجتمع، و قد وجد الناجون منها أنفسهم معلقين بين الأمل و اليأس .
و في خضم تلك الفوضى العارمة و اللامبالاة و فتور الهمة، سطعت رواية )طيران الليل( في عام ١٩٣١ كبارقة أمل لإنقاذ المنكوبين و حثهم على تخطي الصعاب و استعادة العيش الكريم .
يؤكد سانت أكزوبري Saint-Exupéry في روايته على المسؤولية المهنية التي لا يمكن لها أن تتحقق إلا من خلال الالتزام و العمل الطوعي لتنفيذ الواجب المقدس مهما كان الثمن، لما ينطوي على ذلك من فائدة للإنسانية جمعاء .
وعد بعض النقاد كاتب رواية )طيران الليل( سفيرا جديدا لإشاعة الأمل في النفوس و استعادة مجد فرنسا المغيب ظلما.
يقدم لنا الكاتب في هذا العمل الأدبي الرائع شخصيتين هما : ريفير وفابيان Rivièr و Fabien كنماذج نمطية يُحتذى بها للشخصية الملتزمة و المتأهبة دائما للتضحية لتنفيذ الواجب و المهمات المناطة بها.
و هكذا فإن رواية )طيران الليل( تمثل رسالة للتذكير بأن المسؤولية المهنية تبقى حاجة ملحة للتقدم و البناء و معرفة الذات و قيمة عليا للوجود و الإنسانية، لأن أساس العظمة هو أن تكون مهنيا ملتزما
Abstract EN
The First World War left a severe wound in the souls and destroyed the humane values of society.
The survivors found themselves caught between hope and despair .
Amidst the utter chaos, indifference and half-heartedness, the novel "Night Flying" brightened in 1931 as a spark of hope to save the afflicted and urge them to overcome difficulties and restore a decent life .
Saint-Exupery emphasizes in his novel on the professional responsibility that can only be achieved through commitment and voluntary action to carry out the sacred duty at all costs, because of the benefit it presents to all of humanity Some critics have considered the writer of "Night Flying" a new ambassador to inspire hope and unjustly restore France's glory .
In this wonderful literary work, the author presents us with two characters (Rivière and Fabien) as role models for the committed and always ready to make sacrifices to the obligation and the tasks assigned to them .
Thus, "The Night Flight" is a message to remind us that professional responsibility remains an urgent need for progress, construction, self-knowledge and a supreme value of existence and humanity, because the basis of greatness is to be professional and committed .

Les conséquences catastrophiques de La Première Guerre mondiale ont profondément blessé les âmes et insulté les valeurs humaines .
Les survivants étaient tiraillés entre l’espoir et la déception .
Dans une société submergée par l’anarchie et le découragement, Vol de Nuit a brillé en 1931 comme une lueur d’espoir pour repêcher les sinistrés et leur insuffler le goût et le plaisir de vivre dignement Dans ce roman, Saint-Exupéry a abordé la responsabilité professionnelle qui réside dans l’acceptation de s’engager bénévolement à effectuer, à tout prix, une tâche sacrée qui servira à l’humanité toute entière .
Certains critiques considèrent l’écrivain de Vol de Nuit comme un nouvel ambassadeur dont la mission est de récupérer la gloire immolée injustement de La France, et donner la primauté à la mission et à la sainteté du devoir.
Dans cette ouvrage littéraire, l’auteur nous offre deux héros : Rivière et Fabien comme un stéréotype des personnages engagés et prêts à se sacrifier pour le métier.
Ainsi ce roman devient-il un message pour rappeler que la responsabilité reste un besoin permanent pour avancer, pour se construire et pour mieux se connaître, parce que le chemin de la grandeur passe nécessairement par le professionnalisme .
