Abstract EN

The current research aimed at identifying the vocational adjustment of state employees, the significat differences in vocational adjustment in accordance with gender ,identifying type language among state employecs in accordance with (gender ,social state and age) and identifying the differences in type language between professional adjusted employees and not adgustad employees in accordance with gender variable the current research is determined by state employees of both gender.

The achievement of research aims reqires developing aseal for communication preference and vocational adjustment its items collected from Young Myers theory and previous studies.

communication preference items have been applied to (400) male and femal employees.

The items were amalized by using contrasted group method.

face validity, construct validity and reliability by Knder –Richardson have been computed.

for vocational adjustment scale, ite validity reliability and discriminating power of items have been computed also.

the result showed high level of vocational adjustment of employees and there were a differences between males and females in vocational adjustment in favour of male.

the results showed no significat differences between adjustment and not adjustment malesm and females in intmtive type language.
