Abstract EN

This paper deals with the four decades period extended from (1860- 1990), the period shaped political, economic and social sites in Egypt , Sudan and the Horn of Africa, engagement of the whole area into European modernization approach ,moreover rising of political -religious leaders who resisted colonization in addition to broaden tendencies between these countries.

to analyze situation in studied period, the researcher focuses on the religion factor and it place , political influence in these societies, directed revolution and resistance in Egypt, Sudan and Ethiopia.

Uses historical -analytical technique, it concludes that, the deposing over political, ideas and cultural principal during that era, and colonized of the area were the common features of these three countries.
