Abstract EN

The study dealt with the political transformations that took place in Ethiopia between the period 2018-2019, and their impact on the situation of Muslims in Ethiopia.

The study gave a historical background on Ethiopia by focusing on the conditions that Muslims lived under the various previous Ethiopian regimes and the accompanying processes of exclusion and marginalization.

The study focused on highlighting the role that Muslims played in the birth of the new political transformation, and there are a number of successes that resulted from those transformations led by Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed.

The study also indicates that there are challenges that still facing the transformations in Ethiopia.
