Abstract EN

The study concluded the following results: With the global developments and policies towards globalization to build a global identity, the family has been unable to produce national identity as one of the values that are supposed to be provided to its members, with local security and livelihood instability, rapid technological developments and the information and communication revolution.

The family loses its important role in socializing and raising children, thus losing the ability to maintain family identity.

On the other hand, it was found that in case of national governments failure to manage diversity and conflict, the family finds itself at the crossroads of recommending national identity, or recommending ethno-cultural identity.

The more governments fail to establish security and social stability, the more tribal and tribal rivalries become, the weaker the national identity and the sense of citizenship and the power of ethno-cultural identity.

The analytical method was used to analyze the local reality and global influences, and the content analysis method for some texts related to the subject of the study
