This study aimed at identifying was to the prevailing leadership styles of fitness trainers for football referees from the point of view of referees in Jordan.

The researchers used a descriptive method, and a sample of (100) was chosen in a deliberate manner.

The researchers used a questionnaire that measures the leadership style of the trainer.

The leadership style questionnaire was applied to the study sample members of the football referees in Jordan.

The Statistical Package for Social Sciences ), To extract the statistical treatments to answer the questions of the study of the arithmetic mean and standard deviation and Pearson correlation coefficient and T (T) analysis and analysis of mono and Tukey test, and the results indicated that the most commonly used style of the coach is the democratic pattern, Its second, then third place easygoing style, the researchers recommended by highlighting the democratic style because of its significant impact in dealing with the rulers.
