Abstract EN

Both the holy Qur'an and the prophet’s Sunnah deal with all educational, social, political, economic, moral, and other humanitarian issues, especially the preparation and training.

therefore, the study seeks to enrich and answer the main question, which is: do the holy Qur'an and the prophet’s Sunnah have revelations and deductions for preparation and training issues? the importance of the topic lies in finding a ground for preparing and training the teacher, educator through models and examples inspired by the biography of the messengers, the peace and blessings of god be upon them.

the study also aims to highlight the role of preparation before service, and it also aims to clarify how the prophet of god Moses, peace be upon him, and prophet of Muhammad peace and bless upon him.

the main tools that the researcher used in this study are the holy Qur'an, the prophetic hadiths, and the sciences written by early and contemporary scholars of the holy Qur'an.

the results showed that preparation and training are always pre-services, as well as in-service.

the study recommended the opening of preparatory and training centers in educational institutions, as well as awareness of educational institutions of the importance of teacher preparation and training.
