This research aims to show some of the methodological determinants of the Qur'an in which scholars have been guided in forming the fundamental rules, which is one of the major foundations in understanding the nature of Islamic sciences and in the historical critical study therein, because the Qur'an is the prime source of partial cognitive rulings and total methodological rules.

explaining the effect of the methodological determinants of the Qur'an on fundamental knowledge is extremely important, which is neglected by many contemporary studies, because these determinants are among the constants that must be taken into account in any diligence (ijtihad) and renewal in the fundamental lesson, and any defect in that will become wastage, and leads to effort’s wasting and miss guided.
