Abstract EN

This research discussed the subject of the basic human rights in the historical document of Al Madina (the city of the prophet Mohamed peace be upon him), and it showed that this document is considred as the first and oldest global declaration for the Homan rights.

This document included a lot of civil, political, economical and social rights, and it is the first constitutional document (in the Modren sense of this word).

The document set up the principals of human rights for all the citizens of the first Islamic state, (the citizens included Muslims, Jews and the polytheists).

It orginized the relations between all of the ethnicity, and lay the basic brick for a comunity has a loyality to the home.
