Abstract EN

This study aimed to make a comparison of the social and environmental assessment of services related to education and health in the governorates of Beheira and Kafr El Sheikh, where regional communities within the Egyptian country suffer from inequalities in the distribution of educational and health care services and infrastructure due to many obstacles that limit the efficiency and quality of these services and their provision and access For all citizens as well as to know the importance of applying the social and environmental assessment of services related to education and health to eliminate deficiencies and weaknesses in educational and health services provided to citizens to reach a mechanism to provide The service was of high quality and high efficiency, and the study was conducted on (10) public schools and (1) public university and (4) government hospitals and health centers in the two governorates The study sample, namely the lake and Kafr El Sheikh, and the study relied on the inductive and deductive approach and descriptive analytical approach to reach its specific goals, This curriculum was based on the combination of theoretical study and field study, and the theoretical framework was formed by compiling the scientific material related to the subject under study, as well as using statistical tests to answer the questions and hypotheses of the study.

The results of the study indicated that the Behira Governorate Rh is the most affected and palaces and the suffering of access to education and health-related services compared to Kafr El-Sheikh governorate, due to the lack of resources and resources.

In addition to the numerical density of students in the two governorates, the acute shortage of doctors, devices and equipment, and the small number of hospitals and government medical centers in the two governorates.
