The current research aimed to identify the most important educational contents of the initiative leadership and the possibility of benefiting from it in achieving the functions of the middle school in the State of Kuwait, by identifying the most important educational contents of the initiative leadership, and revealing the most important functions of the middle school in the State of Kuwait at the present time in addition to identifying the most important lessons learned from The educational implications of the initiative leadership to achieve the functions of the middle school in the State of Kuwait, and the descriptive approach was employed in order to achieve its research objectives and answer its scientific questions.
