Abstract AR

تهدف الدراسة إلى قياس جودة الأداء بمؤسسات التعليم العالي بدولة الكويت في ضوء ثقافة الجودة الشاملة و لتحقيق ذلك: شمل مجتمع الدراسة مؤسسات التعليم العالي الكويتية، أما العينة فتكونت من (400) عضوا من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في هذه المؤسسات.

وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة بين ثقافة الجودة الشاملة و الأداء المتميز في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الكويتية و كانت بدرجة متوسطة.

وقد تبين أن تبني ثقافة الجودة الشاملة يساعد العاملين في الجامعة على أداء واجباتهم و مسؤولياتهم بشكل صحيح، و يؤدي كذلك إلى تقديم خدمات تعليمية ذات مزايا فريدة، كذلك أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الكويتية حول ثقافة الجودة الشاملة و الأداء المتميز تعزى لمتغيري الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، في حين تبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لمتوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير العمر و لصالح الفئة العمرية الأعلى (أكثر من 46 سنة).

و أوصت الدراسة بتحفيز العاملين في مؤسسات التعليم العالي الكويتية لتطبيق المفاهيم الحديثة
Total Quality Culture and its Relationship with Excellence Performance of Kuwaiti Higher Education Institutions


The study aims to identify the relationship between total quality culture and excellence performance.

The study population included Kuwaiti higher education institutions، while the sample consisted of (400) respondents from faculty members in these institutions.

The study concluded that there is a relationship between the culture of total quality and outstanding performance in Kuwaiti higher education institutions and it was of a moderate degree.

It was found that adopting a culture of total quality helps the university employees to perform their duties and responsibilities correctly، and also leads to providing educational services with unique advantages، The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences for the mean of the responses of the members of the study sample from the members of the teaching staff in Kuwaiti higher education institutions about the culture of comprehensive quality and outstanding performance attributable to gender variables، the educational qualification، while it was found that there were statistically significant differences for the mean of the answers of the members of the study sample attributed For the age variable and in favor of the higher age group (over 46 years).

The study recommended motivating workers in Kuwaiti higher education institutions to apply modern concepts in quality systems and total quality management.
