Entrepreneurial university: a suggested formula for developing contemporary Egyptian university education


The current research aimed to get acquainted with the reality of Egyptian university education, as well as to identify Entrepreneurial University in terms of its concept, goals and importance, in addition to identifying the different societal conditions that led to the necessity of adopting the Entrepreneurial University form.

The present research used the descriptive method to study the problem, and in its results it was concluded that the Entrepreneurial University is a tool for social and economic change, and plays a central role in the system of innovation, economic development, knowledge-based economy, and competitiveness, and hence is a key to producing knowledge and manpower in order to meet the needs of the society.
