The study aims to verify the effectiveness of a program based on positive psychological support for the development of self-competence among primary school teachers, aimed at developing self-efficiency in its dimensions (personal, social, professional, emotional) The sample of the current study is determined by two groups of (15) teachers of primary school teachers, who have a decrease in self-competence and the program has been applied to primary school teachers, the study tools consisted of the teacher's self-competence measure (preparation/researcher), a program based on positive psychological support (preparation/researcher), The researcher used the Man Whitney test for independent groups, the Wilcoxon grade signal test for associated groups to verify the study's assumptions, and to calculate the extent of the program's impact using the following equation (r=√ z/n), The results of the study resulted in the effectiveness of the program for the development of self-competence among primary school teachers.
