The current research aimed to present a proposed vision for the development of Egyptian corporate universities in light of some international experiences.

The research used the descriptive method.

The research indicatedthree points.

The first point dealt with the intellectual framework of corporate universities in terms of their concept, philosophy, origin and development, importance, objectives.

The second point dealt with the most distinguished international experiences in the field of corporate universities.

while the third point dealt with presenting a proposed vision, which included its philosophy, principles, objectives, and the requirements to implement.
