يعد إضطراب التوحد و هو إضطراب نمائي عام أو منتشر شكلا من أشكال الإعاقة العقلية حيث يتأثر الأداء الوظيفي العقلي للطفل سلبا من جرائه، و يكون مستوى ذكاء الطفل في حدود التخلف العقلي البسيط أو المتوسط، وهناك إجماع بين الباحثين و العلماء المهتمين بهذا المجال على أن إضطراب التوحد يعتبر إعاقة عقلية معقدة وأنه من هذا المنطلق يعد إعاقة عقلية و إجتماعية في ذات الوقت، وفقا لتلك الإحصاءات التي نشرها الإتحاد القومي لدراسات و بحوث إضطراب التوحد عام2003، فإن نسبة إضطراب التوحد قد إختلفت تماما عن ذي قبل، حيث إرتفعت بدرجة كبيرة للغاية، كما و يؤثر إضطراب التوحد على الأطفال في كثير من التفاعلات الإنسانية خاصة من الجانب العقلي المعرفي، الإجتماعي، اللغوي و ما يرتبط من تواصل، الإنفعال، اللعب و السلوكيات

Abstract EN

Autism is a generalized or common developmental disorder, Some form of mental disability, the child's mental function is negatively affected by it, the child's intelligence level is within the limits of mild or moderate mental retardation, there is consensus among researchers and scientists interested in this field.

Autism disorder is a complex mental disability Hence, it is considered a mental and social disability at the same time, according to those statistics published by the National Association for studies and research on autism disorder in 2003, the rate of autism disorder has completely differed from before, as it rose too high, autism disorder also affects children in many human interactions, especially from the mental, cognitive, social, linguistic and related aspects of communication, emotional, play and behaviors, one of the most important things that have become a tangible reality in our time That music is one of the most prominent fields that beautifully embody that close relationship between the soul and the body, It is received and interacted with our various feelings and emotions, they actively contribute to achieving harmony between the rhythm of the music and the rhythm of the organic unity of the soul and body Which makes it contribute to treating that defect that could affect either of them, rhythm and music have an impact in helping autistic children focus, communicate and establish relationships with those around them, because music can be used to aid in teaching, in organizing oneself, preparing for communication and improving relationships with parents and others, and increase the rates of growth and learning.

A child with autism can feel a sense of rhythm and music in the early stages of life, the autistic child grows and needs to learn some form of adaptation or behavior modification so that it also grows with it and helps him to accept his reality and adapt to it, It is very important for an autistic child to overcome his disability and disorders, and to learn to coexist and adapt to it in this vast world.

Music therapy represents a training, therapeutic or even rehabilitative approach, a basic strategy would work towards minimizing many of these negative impactsThat can ensue and are related to autism, among the most important of these are the shortcomings witnessed by the social, psychological, mental and physical aspects.

the therapeutic approach is based on an important fact Such children have a clear and strong affinity for music And love for her and a great attraction to her as a therapeutic approach, it will help him achieve the goals or objectives that are targeted.
