The purpose of the study is to identify the degree of effectiveness of the public schools At Algoor in Jordan from the point of view of their school principals and their teachers, through the scholastic year (2018/2019), The descriptive methodology was followed by using a questionnaire to collect the data needed for the study, The questionnaire included (57) items divided into five main dimensions have been constructed and administered to a stratified random sample of (40) schools principals and (440) teachers in four directorates Findings of the study showed that the total degree of effectiveness of the public schools At Algoor in Jordan was medium, and all of effectiveness dimensions were medium too, there were statistically significant differences attributed to educational stage in favor of basic stage, and as for educational district variable, there were statistical significant differences in favor of North Algoor
