Abstract EN

The study aimed at identifying the degree of participating faith leadership among the principals of Kasbah Zarqa schools, and studying the effect of gender, academic qualification, experience and specialization.

The study used the descriptive-survey methodology because of its appropriateness to the nature of the study.

A questionnaire was developed to measure the faith leadership.

It consisted of (35) items distributed among four dimensions.

The validity and reliability of the tool were assured.

The sample consisted of (375) male and female teachers.

They were drawn from the population of the study by using simple random method.

The findings showed that the degree of practicing faith leadership among the principals of Kasbah Zarqa schools was medium from teachers’ point of view.

There were statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample subject due to years of experience in favor of (5- 10) year’s category.

There were no statistically significant differences attributed to gender, academic qualification and specialization variables.
