Abstract EN

This study aimed to find out the degree of public school principals’ application of the learning organization strategies in Directorate of Education of Wadi Al-Sair District.The researcher used the descriptive survey analytical research methodology.

Study sample consisted of (67) male and female principals, (26) males and (41) females.

A questionnaire has been developed which consisted of (6) fields and (50) items after finding its validity and reliability procedures.

Results of the study showed that the degree of public school principals’ application of the learning organization strategic in Directorate of Education of Wadi Al-Sair District came at medium degree, It is found that difference wthere were ith statistically significance in degree of applying learning organization strategies attributed to gender variable and in favor of the females, and according to the academic qualification in favor of those with graduate studies, and for years of experience variable in favor of those with (10 years of experience and more).

The study recommended that necessity for strengthening the dimensions of the learning organization between the school principals through conducting seminars and workshop
