This study aimed to know the necessary provisions for menstruation for every Muslim woman, given the legal rulings that follow from them, and to demonstrate the importance of these rulings for women, the researcher used the inductive analytical approach.

The researcher has reached a number of results and recommendations, including: there are two signs of verification of purity in the scholars are drought and white story, and that bile and dissontation if they are at the time of menstruation or in normal days are menstruation, whether they are at the beginning of menstruation or at the end of the month, provided that they are related to blood, but if they are in the unusual days or after the purification, they are not considered menstruation.

The least cleansing between the two menstrual periods is thirteen days, provided that the menstrual days do not exceed the days of purity.

Menstrual purity, if it does not exceed the blood more menstruation, it is menstruating, provided that the total blood is not less than less menstruation and does not exceed with purity more menstruation.

We recommend that scholars and researchers enrich the scientific library with more such research so that women can be discouraged from gaining access to information.

I also recommend that seminars and lectures be held among women's communities that explain these important provisions.
