Abstract EN

The present study aimed at revealing the degree of the principals' performance of their roles in achieving the goals of the school and directorate development plan in the northern governorates from teachers' point of view.

A random sample was selected from the northern governorates: Irbid, Jerash, Ajloun and Mafraq, which consisted of (591) teachers.

To achieve the objective of the study, the analytical descriptive methodology was used to collect the data on the sample of the sample.

The questionnaire consisted of (40).

The validity of the study tool was confirmed using the validity of the content.

The results of the study showed that the degree of practicing principals for their roles in achieving the objectives of the school development plan and the directorate (SDI) in the northern governorates from the point of view of teachers was a medium.

The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences according to gender, school level and governorate, Statistical significance according to the variable years of experience was found.
