Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the organizational culture and its relationship to the organizational communication and the relationship to de performance of employees, at the University Center Tamanrasset who occupy a permanent position, It included a sample of 112 male and female employees, from an indigenous community of 146 employees, during 2014-2015, and in order to achieve the objectives of the study, an organizational culture questionnaire, a job contact questionnaire and a performance questionnaire were applied and the results resulted in accepting the three hypotheses after we calculated the correlation coefficient that was positive.
