The practices witnessed in reality constitute a transgression of the limits of scieentific research, and the scientific integrity in it as a methodological rule must be respected, as the efforts of others were taken and attributed to the researcher unjustly, especiallywith the development of modern technology by downloading research work from various universietis of the word.

Despite its importance, the matter necessitated the development of special legal rules to confront these abuses, whether through the general rules for the protection of intellectual property, or the special rules regulating research work at the level of official bodies such as universities, university center and university hospital.

Thais prompted us to clarify what the Algerian legislation has reached in this field, especially with the modern legal tescts and the continuous violations on the ground.
