صياغة مبدأ التكامل ضمن ديباجة المحكمة الجنائية الدولية و نظامها الأساسي و هو يجعل العلاقة بين كل من المحكمة و القضاء الجنائي الوطني تكاملية من اجل سد الفراغ الذي يعاني منه الأخير، كما ساهم في وضع الحدود الفاصلة بين ما يختص به القضاء الوطني و ما يدخل ضمن اختصاص المحكمة الجنائية الدولية
Abstract EN
The principle of complementarity was formulated in the Preamble and Statute of the International Criminal Court, which makes the relationship between the Court and the national criminal justice system complementary to the latter's void and contributed to the delimitation of the jurisdiction of the Court.
