This research aims to highlight the importance of agricultural real estate in achieving economic development and the great role it plays in achieving the policy of economic diversification, which is an important step in the current circumstances known by Algeria.

In this research we have found many complications at the level of its organization, especially the great contradiction in the level of the texts it organizes, and so we have been in some of the proposals that limit it.
