Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of Different external shocks on a Structuring of labor market, and how the flexibility of its regulations to orb and adjust this shocks and make the most of new opportunities, that is why this paper focuses on the question of model Denmark's labour market – Golden Triangle- which is widely Interest for its ability to reflect the needs of employers while, at the same time, safeguarding the welfare of employees in light of the crises.

The results indicate that the Danish “Golden Triangle” model is based of dialogue between employer associations and labour unions, as wages and working conditions are based on collectively-negotiated agreements, with the government interferes, to limit the effects of precariousness to reduce unemployment, in addition to quickly of labor market responds to changing conditions by making adjustments to its workforce.
