ترتبط المنهجية بالعلوم القانونية بمختلف فروعها و أقسامها فهي تهدف لإعطاء الطالب الطريقة و الأسلوب العلمي المنطقي في التعامل مع مختلف المواضيع و تزويده بأدوات و أساليب كيفية الحصول على المعلومات اللازمة لإنجاز مختلف النشاطات العلمية و تدريبه على الفهم و سرعة الإدراك، لأن من عناصر المنهجية هي التفكير العلمي و الباحث و البحث العلمي، هذا الأخير الذي يعتبر من الأساليب التي تعتمدها مختلف الشعوب في تطور العلم للوصول إلى المعرفة الحقيقة بإضافة القيمة العلمية الجديدة، لأن مهمة البحث الكشف عن ما لم يكشف عنه بعد أو بقصد التأكد من وجود حقيقة علمية أو إضافة الجديد إليها؛ و بما أن المنهجية هي الطريقة التي يجب أن يسلكها الباحث منذ عزمه على البحث و تحديد موضوع بحثه بالإضافة إلى مجموعة الإرشادات و الوسائل و التقنيات التي تساعد الباحث في بحثه
Abstract EN
The methodology is linked to the legal sciences and with its different branches, it aims to give the student the scientific method to deal with different subjects and provide him with tools to obtain information to accomplish various scientific activities, train him to understand and accelerate perception.
Because of the elements of methodology, thought and scientific research that is considered one of the methods researchers in the development of science to achieve knowledge by adding new scientific value.
The objective of Scientific Research is to reveal and confirm the existence of a scientific fact or to add new facts, since the methodology is the path that the researcher should take since the intention of starting scientific research and determining the subject of his research in addition to all the guidelines, means and techniques helping the researcher in his research.

La méthodologie est liée aux sciences juridiques et avec ses différentes branches, elle vise à donner à l’étudiant la méthode scientifique pour traiter différents sujets et de lui fournir des outils d’obtention des informations pour accomplir diverses activités scientifiques, le former à comprendre et à accélérer la perception.
En raison des éléments de la méthodologie, la pensée et la recherche scientifique qui est considéré comme l’une des méthodes des chercheurs dans le développement de la science pour atteindre la connaissance en ajoutant la nouvelle valeur scientifique.
L’objectif de La recherche scientifique est de révéler et de confirmer l’existence d’un fait scientifique ou d’y ajouter de nouvelles, puisque la méthodologie est le chemin que le chercheur devrait prendre depuis l’intention de commencer des recherches scientifiques et de déterminer le sujet de sa recherche en plus de l’ensemble des lignes directrices, des moyens et techniques aidant le chercheur dans sa recherche
