However, this expansion was accompanied by a dedication to a general restriction that limits the scope of people to engage in certain activities, which negatively affects national economic development, especially as private investors prefer to invest in markets where they enjoy freedom of competition

Après la transformation de l'économie de marché, le législateur algérien a mis en évidence son objectif d'améliorer le climat des affaires et d'encourager la prospérité des entreprises, notamment avec l'émergence d'indicateurs forts d'une nouvelle crise économique.

Pour l'incarner, il a initié des réformes qualitatives qui ont touché le principe fondamental exprimé dans le principe de la liberté d'investissement et de commerce, pour élargir la portée de l'accès à l'investissement privé dans diverses activités économiques.
