تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية احدى المتغيرات التنظيمية وهي سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية التي تمثل قيام العامل بادوار اضافية خارج الوصف الوظيفي و التي لا ينتظر منها أية مكافأة، وهي بالطبع سلوكيات تجعل المنظمات تحقق اهدافها و تنعكس بالإيجاب على المستويين التنظيمي و البشري
Abstract EN
This research paper deals with one of the organizational variables, which is the organizational citizenship behaviors that represent the worker taking additional roles outside the job description and for which no reward is expected, and of course they are behaviors that make organizations achieve their goals and are positively reflected on the organizational and human levels.

Ce document de recherche traite de l'une des variables organisationnelles, à savoir les comportements de citoyenneté organisationnelle qui représentent le travailleur assumant des rôles supplémentaires en dehors de la description de poste et pour lesquels aucune récompense n'est attendue, et bien sûr, ce sont des comportements qui incitent les organisations à atteindre leurs objectifs et sont une réflexion positive sur les plans organisationnel et humain
