أصبحت أحياء السكن غير القانوني في مدينة قسنطينة مرادفا لمختلف مظاهر و أشكال العزلة و التهميش الحضري التي تنعكس على المجال و تتجلى عبر إقصاء السكان الذين يعيشون ظروف مجالية، اجتماعية و اقتصادية صعبة من المجتمع و المدينة.
يهدف هذا المقال إلى دراسة المنطق المتبع من طرف سكان الأحياء غير القانونية في مدينة قسنطينة من أجل إدماج أنفسهم مع باقي المجتمع و المدينة و التخفيف من مظاهر التهميش الحضري.
و من أجل تحقيق ذلك، سنحاول تحديد الطرق المتبعة من قبل السكان بهدف الحصول على مكانة داخل المجتمع و المدينة و كذلك العوامل المستغلة من أجل تحصيل الاعتراف الرسمي من طرف السلطات و تحقيق مداخيل مالية مختلفة، حيث أن منطق الإدماج الحضري الذي يتبعه السكان ليس بعشوائي يمتلك عدة جوانب مجالية، اجتماعية و اقتصادية و يتبع عموما جملة من الخطوات المنهجية.

The revival of illegal housing in the city of Constantine has become synonymous with various manifestations and forms of urban isolation and marginalization that are reflected in the exclusion of people living in difficult social and economic conditions from society and the city and.
This article aims to study the logic of residents of illegal neighborhoods in the city of Constantine in order to integrate themselves with the rest of society and the city.
In order to achieve this, we will try to identify the methods used by the population with a view to obtaining a place within the community and the city, as well as the factors used to obtain official recognition by the authorities and to obtain different financial incomes, since the logic of urban integration followed by the population is not indiscriminate but generally follows a number of methodological steps and possesses a variety of social and economic aspects

La renaissance du logement non réglementaire dans la ville de Constantine est devenue synonyme de diverses formes et manifestations d’isolement urbain et de marginalisation, qui se traduisent par l’exclusion des personnes vivant dans des conditions sociales et économiques difficiles de la société et de la ville.
Cet article vise à étudier la logique des habitants des quartiers illégaux de la ville de Constantine afin de s’intégrer au reste de la société et de la ville.
Pour y parvenir, nous tenterons d’identifier les méthodes utilisées par la population en vue d’obtenir une place au sein de la communauté et de la ville, ainsi que les facteurs utilisés pour obtenir la reconnaissance officielle par les autorités et obtenir des revenus financiers différents, car la logique de l’intégration urbaine suivie par la population n’est pas aveugle mais suit généralement un certain nombre d’étapes méthodologiques et possède une variété d’aspects sociaux et économiques.
