لقد أدرك عدد متزايد من الباحثين على مدى العقود القليلة الماضية أن أنشطة المؤسسة تؤثر على البيئة الخارجية و اقترحوا أن مثل هذه المؤسسة يجب أن تكون مسؤولة أمام جمهور أوسع من مساهميها فقط.
ربما نشأ مثل هذا الاقتراح لأول مرة في سبعينيات القرن الماضي، و أخذ بعض الكتاب الذين يبدون قلقهم تجاه الأداء الاجتماعي و الأداء البيئي للأعمال التجارية كعضو في المجتمع ككل اهتماما بنظرة أوسع لأداء المؤسسات.
إن رؤية مؤسسة ما كجزء من نظام اجتماعي و اقتصادي أوسع يعني ضمنا أن التأثيرات الداخلية و الخارجية يجب أن تؤخذ في الاعتبار، ليس فقط لقياس التكاليف و القيمة التي تم إنشاؤها في الوقت الحاضر و لكن أيضا لمستقبل المؤسسة نفسها.
وفي خضم فجوة أساسية بين التأكيدات النظرية لنموذج الأعمال التجارية المستدامة وأي فحص تجريبي قوي لاعتماده على مستوى المؤسسة نسعى من خلال مقالتنا إلى النهوض بمجال استدامة المؤسسات، حيث نهدف من خلال هذه الورقة إلى بيان مدى تبني المؤسسات الصناعية بولاية سطيف لأبعاد الاستدامة
Abstract EN
A growing number of researchers over the last few decades have recognized that the activities of an enterprise impact upon the external environment and have suggested that such an enterprise should therefore be accountable to a wider audience than simply its shareholders.
Such a suggestion probably first arose in the 1970s and a concern with a wider view of enterprise performance is taken by some writers who evince concern with the social performance and the environmental performance of a business, as a member of society at large.
Seeing enterprise as part of a broader socio-economic system implies that internal and external influences must be taken into account, not only measuring the costs and value created in the present but also for the future of the enterprise itself.
And In the midst of a fundamental gap between theoretical assertions of a sustaincentric business paradigm and any rigorous empirical examination of its adoption the enterprise level Through our article, we seek to advance the field of corporate sustainability, as we aim through this paper to demonstrate the extent to which industrial enterprises in Setif have adopted the dimensions of sustainability

Un nombre croissant de chercheurs au cours des dernières décennies ont reconnu que les activités d'une entreprise avaient un impact sur l'environnement externe et ont suggéré qu'une telle entreprise devrait donc être responsable devant un public plus large que ses actionnaires.
Une telle suggestion est probablement apparue pour la première fois dans les années 1970 et certains écrivains qui se préoccupent de la performance sociale et environnementale d'une entreprise, en tant que membre de la société dans son ensemble, sont préoccupés par une vision plus large de la performance de l'entreprise.
Considérer l'entreprise comme faisant partie d'un système socio-économique plus large implique que les influences internes et externes doivent être prises en compte, non seulement pour mesurer les coûts et la valeur créés dans le présent mais aussi pour l'avenir de l'entreprise elle-même.
Et au milieu d'un fossé fondamental entre les assertions théoriques d'un paradigme d'entreprise durable et tout examen empirique rigoureux de son adoption au niveau de l'entreprise À travers notre article, nous cherchons à faire avancer le domaine de la durabilité d'entreprise, comme nous visons à travers cet article à démontrer le mesure dans laquelle les entreprises industrielles de Sétif ont adopté les dimensions de la durabilité
